All Sales Are Final – Due to the perishable nature of sod, all sales are final, and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted once the product has been delivered or picked up.

Product Condition & Acceptance – It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the sod upon delivery or pickup. Any concerns regarding product quality or shortages must be reported immediately at the time of delivery. Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of the product as-is.

Installation & Maintenance Responsibility – Once the sod has been delivered or picked up, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper installation, watering, and maintenance. Mockup Solutions LLC is not responsible for sod failure due to improper handling, weather conditions, watering schedules, or soil conditions.

Delivery & Liability – We strive to deliver sod in optimal condition. However, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or issues caused by third-party transportation, weather, or site conditions that may impact sod quality upon arrival.

Cancellations & Modifications – Orders must be modified or canceled at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery. Cancellations after this period may result in forfeiture of payment.

Pricing & Availability – Prices are subject to change without notice. Availability depends on seasonal conditions and supplier stock. We do our best to fulfill orders as requested but cannot guarantee availability.
